1. Services

Star Connect provides internet access services subject to technical feasibility, coverage, and backhaul availability.

2. Speeds & performance

Advertised speeds are "up to" values. Actual performance can vary due to congestion, signal conditions, equipment, site layout, and upstream/backhaul constraints.

3. Installation

Installation is subject to site survey and acceptance. Installation fees may vary by location, access requirements, and equipment needed.

4. Support

Support is provided via WhatsApp, phone and email. Business plans may include faster response and escalation (SLA-lite) as described at sign-up.

5. Payments & refunds

Prepaid bundles and monthly subscriptions are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Refunds (if any) are assessed case-by-case depending on usage and circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, network abuse, or actions that disrupt other customers. We may suspend service where necessary to protect network stability.
